Ingredients
½ tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Agave Nectar
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Garlic, to taste
Sea Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Other seasonings of your choice, to taste
1 Carrot, shredded
1 Broccoli Stalk, shredded
Recipe Directions
Whisk the first 7 ingredients together in a bowl. Feel free to adjust the ACV, Agave, Oil, and seasonings to suit your tastes. These measurements are just approximately what I like the proportions to be. Add the shredded broccoli stalk and the shredded carrot, mix well. This tastes best after it has set in the fridge for a couple hours or overnight!

By QuioraThis is a really good way to use up the tough stalk of your broccoli and avoid throwing it away. It tastes surprisingly like traditional cabbage cole slaw. If you prefer cabbage, this dressing is really good on that too!

I just cut off about 1/2 inch of the bottom where it is dried out, but I use the rest except the florets. I just grate it in a food processor or cheese grater.

I've never used the stalk of broccoli before, do I just peel the tough skin off? The recipe sounds extra tasty!
