Ingredients
2 to 4 tablespoons flax (ground)
1 to 2 bananas
Handful of blueberries
4 to 5 strawberries
1 small apple
Raw almonds (sliced)
Recipe Directions
1. Mash banana and flax together.
2. Layer banana and flax in between the fruit. Layer with almonds.
