2½ cups banana blossom (thinly sliced)
½ teaspoon flax oil
3 teaspoons lemon juice or vinegar
Coarse black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon agave
Recipe Directions
1. Manage all the ingredients in a large bowl until the banana leaves soften or wilt.

It s a banana bud, which contains small unformed baby bananas. The babies inside dont really taste too good, but the leaves are quite edible. They are also used in the tropics like environmentally friendly plastic bags. It that not sweet or what :)
