I mixed 2 different types of apples for this and actually this would be STRAWBERRY/APPLE sauce. Enjoy...I'm chowing on it now and it's delicious!!

yeah, this was incredible. i just finished off the last half of this :) watch out for the ginger, i think it's key to make sure you don't put too much. when i first tasted it the ginger was a little overwhelming, but for some reason after being in the fridge for a day the ingredients just melded and were perfect. nice work, yogagyptc!!

Since I'm new to raw foods, this was my first applesauce without cooking. It was delicious! I didn't have strawberry so I used a large slice of fresh pineapple and about an inch of peeled ginger with three apples. The color was pale daffodil. Even my SAD husband liked it very much!

I throw in carob and/or chia or hemp or my vitamineral greens powder to my applesauces also. Love them for brekkie.

This was incredibly delicious! I chilled mine in the fridge for a few hours and it came out sweet and savory and perfect for summer!
