This dressing is sweet & flavorful. I eat a ton of salad now, due in part to the fact that I love this dressing!

Yield
Makes about 2 1/2 cups
Found in:
Ingredients
1 bunch basil
1 cup cold pressed olive oil, (I like the Bariani brand)
1 lemon, juiced
½ clove garlic, or 1 small clove
½ teaspoon sea salt
¾ cup raw agave nectar
¾ cup water, or adjust to desired consistency
Recipe Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. (I crush the garlic first.) I don’t know how long it will keep in the fridge; I always use it all within two or three days!
