½ head purple cabbage, shredded
1 lemon, juiced
¼ tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon Nama Shoyu (optional)
Recipe Directions
Shred cabbage with a knife or in food processor with shredding blade. In a large bowl add lemon juice, sea salt, and Nama Shoyu (optional) to taste and work in to cabbage with hands.

It's a very easy dish and I liked it.
The cabbage I had was small, so I used 1 head. It came out to about 6 cups. I had 1 large lemon and used 1 teaspoon of salt. The taste was strong, mostly from the lemon, but good. Will make again.
