I have a round dehydrator, I've just spread this out on 1 tray, and it's very thick, I wonder, might it turn out to be a bread-ish type thing? I see in the picture little rolls, not really flat shaped cracker types. So then, have you found this to be successful in a thick shape? Thank you!!

I am new to raw food. When I made this, it tasted great, but it was very crumbly and it was not a cracker so much as it was granola-like. What am I doing wrong? How would I get it to stick together a little more?

I made this and spread the dough thinly and dried it until crispy. I used half the batch for bread. The bread came out of the dehydrator today and I made an avocado, tomato and bibbed lettuce sandwich with cashew/lemon/garlic mayo. It was so good that I'm having another for dinner! I used lemon juice instead of vinegar and added some herbs.
