Recipe Directions

1. Mix ingredients well in food processor until smooth. This may take several minutes.

2. Spoon onto the dehydrator rack or if you have Teflex lay out smooth and flat for A flat style cracker.

3. Dehydrate for a couple of days or until suitably crispy and crunchy. Enjoy.

Nutty taste to crackers.

These crackers are truly wonderful, in taste and in texture.

I have a round dehydrator, I've just spread this out on 1 tray, and it's very thick, I wonder, might it turn out to be a bread-ish type thing? I see in the picture little rolls, not really flat shaped cracker types. So then, have you found this to be successful in a thick shape? Thank you!!

I am new to raw food. When I made this, it tasted great, but it was very crumbly and it was not a cracker so much as it was granola-like. What am I doing wrong? How would I get it to stick together a little more?

I made this and spread the dough thinly and dried it until crispy. I used half the batch for bread. The bread came out of the dehydrator today and I made an avocado, tomato and bibbed lettuce sandwich with cashew/lemon/garlic mayo. It was so good that I'm having another for dinner! I used lemon juice instead of vinegar and added some herbs.
