1 orange
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup dates
1/3 cup water
1 cup walnuts (chopped)
1. Put all in blender and mix thoroughly.
2. Place batter on a teflex or solid sheet.
3. Dehydrate for approximately 8-10 hours. Turn cookies after 4 hours.

These look good. I wonder if I could add a bit more barely and a bit less nuts & dates to make it a little more friendly for my tummy :-)

Sounds nice, but soaked barely gives me gas!
I used to have a dehydrator like yours, I highly recomend an Excaliber, they are way more efficient!

Sounds nice, but soaked barely gives me gas!
I used to have a dehydrator like yours, I highly recomend an Excaliber, they are way more efficient!
