This shake is not only very healthy, packed with vegetable protein, but also incredibly delicious!
First of all, hemp seed butter is rich in Essential Amino Acids (protein), and Omega 3 & 6 Essential Fatty Acids, and vitamins. It has 11 grams of proteins per serving.
Almond butter is yummy, has lots of fiber, protein, calcium, iron, and made from the only nut that doesn’t become acidic in your body.
Cacao power is rich in antioxidants, so are inca berries, and goji berries.
Coconut is rich in fiber and Essential Fatty Acids.
Enjoy!

Thanks for your comment!
If you are not really comfortable with soy milk you can use nut milk as well, like almond milk.
I do that for my husband, who is allergic to soy

Do you think this would work well with coconut water (from young Thai coconuts) instead of soy milk?
PS - Thought you'd like to know the weblink on your profile page doesn't work.

I love inca berries! Don't think the soy milk would be raw but it would probably taste good without it.

Thanks a lot for the link thing. I fixed it.
I think coconut milk would work perfectly! I will try it myself.
