Here is my variation on Brendan Brazier’s morning protein shake. It has really helped in my transition to the raw diet by keeping me going until lunch.

Recipe Directions

Blend the dry ingredients with the almond milk, then add the fruit. Sometimes I add some soaked almonds or raw tahini for extra protein.

Sounds Goooooooooood! i always waste my money on expensive protein powder but thats only cause i do a lot of weight training and so i need that EXTRA protein. But i am definitely going to try this!
