Not to complicate things, but after squeezing - you can throw in the lime and lemon to add some pulp to the mix.

if you want to make it REALLY sport-aiding, use coconut water instead of regular water.

*natural electrolytes......

Also, I might try blending some ice cubes with the citrus juice ans sweetener for a lemon lime slushy! YUM!
