Halderman's Thoughts
By haldermanThis is coleslaw at its finest.
It is dairy-free, egg-free, sugar-free, and tasty! The dressing is also incredible.
The mayo is tangy, creamy and pure. Use it for making slaws, spread on wraps or sandwiches, or use it as a substitute for mayonnaise in recipes.
Use it as a mayo dressing substitute by adding more avocado to make it thicker.

I dislike pineapple in my slaws and without the onions, I would think it would be bland.
Mayo recipe looks great! Then I can kick the veganaisse habit!

Add some pineapple and use yogurt instead of the mayo dressing. Leave out the oions and dill. Leave the skin on the carrots. Dirt is good for you.
Slaw should be tangy, not bland.

Raw Fusion Coleslaw
This was yummy. I used a whole avocado for the mayo because I love them. I also added raisins and walnut pieces to the slaw. It was very good.

Raw Fusion Coleslaw
I made this the other night and my non raw friends loved it!
I adjusted the mayo recipe a bit as it wasn't thick enough. (Just doubled the avocado)
