Ingredients
2 cups buckwheat groat (soaked 6 hours)
Liquid aminos or shoyu
Lemon juice
Seasonings (optional)
Recipe Directions
1. Mix everything and marinate 2 hours.
2. Dehydrate 2-4 hours or until crunchy.
3. Store in an airtight container.
