Yea Im sure it would come out fine, it's only a Tablespoon. Maybe tahini would work, though thats a seed and it might completely change the taste...
Lemme know how it comes out :)

I have been desperately looking for recipes without nuts, so I am very excited to try this! Do you think it would turn out fine without the coconut cream?

WOW a cheese WITHOUT NUTS OR SEEDS this rocks thanks!! Into my recipe box. I could just let the mixture cheese for several hours in probiotics instead of the yeast as I have stopped eating nutritional yeasts.

Sueko: you might try using light miso instead of the nutritional yeast... I think miso has a "cheesy" flavor...

Any ideas for subs for the yeast? I don't do yeast for a variety of reasons, but I would like to have an arsenal of non-nut/seed cheeses, pates, dips etc.
