Easy recipe! This dessert is a good source of Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6, Vitamin K, Potassium, Copper, Manganese, Magnesium, Iron, Phosphorus, Zinc, and Selenium.

Recipe Directions

1. Cut bananas across into thin slices (about 1/10 inch thick). Dry banana in the sun (if the weather is appropriate), or dry them in a dehydrator. Do not dehydrate them too much; banana slices should be sticky and flexible.

2. Process cashews, dates, and orange zest in the food processor.

3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls. Cover each ball with dehydrated banana slices (as by scales).
