Yield
like a cup-and-a-half of dressing. -
Equipment
None
Ingredients
½ cup cold-pressed olive oil
½ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup nama shoyu
2 clove garlic, or more if you don't mind stinking, finely minced
¼ cup raw honey or agave nectar
½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper (it's best. but it can be pre-ground)
Recipe Directions
throw it all in a jar or dressing shaker and shake it like you never shook before. it’s my favorite in giant fully-loaded salads with avocadoes and hemp seeds.
Jamestheraw's Thoughts
By jamestherawthis dressing started as a simple ‘blah’ whatever dressing…and the more i adjusted the ingredients and added stuff, the more everyone liked it. people who hate the idea of raw food even seem to dig this dressing. i actually have never measured it…lol…i just throw all of the stuff in and see how it tastes! you can always add more oil, more vinegar, etc.. i’ve tried adding ginger juice to it and that was good also…
