Equipment
None
Ingredients
2 cups whole oats
4 cups water
1 cup strawberries (diced)
1 cup blueberries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe Directions
1. Soak oats at least 12 hours. It's easiest for me to just put them in the water the night before while cooking supper and forget about them. The next morning when nice and hungry, just pour them into a strainer or colander and drain off excess liquid. Then back into a bowl they go.
2. Add cinnamon and stir it all up. Pour into bowls and top with equal portions of fruit.
3. Substitute any fruit you have on hand. I just happened to have strawberries and blueberries and totally loved it. Add stevia to sweeten (only if desired).
