Very delicious thousand island dressing without dairy mayo! Perfect for a raw veggi salad. My husband found it also perfect for steamed potatoes (for those that do eat some steamed food). It uses cashed whipped cream instead of mayonnaise.
  • Yield

Serves 2 to 4 deppending on how much dressing you use. It was just enought for the two of us in one dinner sitting.

Recipe Directions

1. Place all ingredients on a small food processor with a small S blade. I guess it could also work on your VitaMix or normal blender without S blade.

2. Blend until all ingredients are well mixed, not more than a minute.

3. It can be used right away, or first chilled for 15 minutes.

4. Enjoy it!

I did not use any and I got a creamy running consistency, pink color. I love this dressing too. If it ends to be too think, you could add about 1 tablespoon of water. Because I used a mini fresh pickel and zucchini, I did not have to add any additional water. Both contain enough.
