Yield
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower (chopped)
4 bananas (sliced)
1 cup dates (diced)
1 cup nuts (blended)
Recipe Directions
1. Cut up cauliflower, bananas, and dates. Put into a salad bowl.
2. Blend up nuts and lemon juice in blender.
3. Pour over salad. I use 2 lemons when I squeeze it by hand, but can use just one lemon if I’m juicing it.
NonDairyQueen's Thoughts
By NonDairyQueenSweet lemony way to eat cauliflower.
I was eating this for years with a sauce of lemon juice and mayonnaise. Once I went raw, I decided to see if I could make the sauce with blended nuts instead.
Tastes great!
P.S. The photo just shows 1/3 of the salad. I ate part of it last night and another 1/3 for lunch today. :)

Wow - this looks and sounds like a great dish for the cooler months as it is denser, or just anytime you need something filling!
