Ingredients
2 cup Organic raw sunflower seeds
2 Fresh organic medjool dates
½ cup raw pine nuts
Pure water
½ cup Sprouted sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon ground Cumin
1 Lemon , squeezed
Recipe Directions
Place all ingredients (except the lemon juice) in a blender, add a small amount of water at first and then keep adding till desired consistency is made! Add the lemon juice to taste. I like the fresh tang it gives so I use a lot. Eat immediately:)
Lady Le Harle's Thoughts
By Lady Le HarleThis is a heavenly dip. It has a lovely sweet/savoury/spice combination and satisfies the need for hummus if you are trying to eat completely raw. Tastes amazing with carrot sticks and fresh ripe tomato. It is quite rich and satisfies rather quickly..

This looks delicious, but might there be a substitute for pine nuts? They are obscenely expensive here. :(

Generally, you can do cashews instead of pine nuts in most recipes :)
They are insanely expensive here in Canada too.
