Ingredients
2 cups spring greens
1/2 cup sliced and halved cucumber
1/2 cup thinly sliced strawberries
1/2 cup cubed honeydew melon
1/4 cup cubed watermelon
1/4 cup chickpeas
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped yellow pepper
1/3 cup golden raisins
1/8 cup purple grapes
dash sea salt
1/2 and 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon juice and olive oil, to your liking
Recipe Directions
Throw in a bowl and mix.

By providenceWhen I am finding it hard to stomach any more greens, but want to stay fresh, I eat this light, refreshing salad. It provides a bunch of different nutrients, and the solid texture I'm craving, without having to resort to a fruit smoothie.
