Ingredients
1 medium tomato (somewhat drained)
6 green olives (quartered)
2 tablespoons onion (finely chopped)
1 clove garlic (smashed and finely chopped)
Dash of fennel seeds
3 leaves fresh basil or parsley
1 tablespoon tahini
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Dash of pepper
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 slices soaked sun-dried tomatoes
Dash of dill
Recipe Directions
1. Drain diced tomato (to make less watery).
2. Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and muddle/smash with the bottom of a cup or a big spoon.
3. Spoon onto noodles of choice.
