Ingredients
4 dried figs (soaked 12 to 24 hours or peeled fresh figs)
1 tablespoon raisins (soaked 12 to 24 hours)
2 bananas (peeled)
1 sweet apple (peeled, cored)
Stalk of celery (finely chopped)
Recipe Directions
1. Blend raisins and figs into a jam and set aside.
2. Blend the rest of the ingredients. This is your semolina.
3. Pour semolina into a bowl and pour jam in the middle. Swirl so it looks beautiful.
