Recipe Directions

1. Run blender on very high to make a flour out of the sunflower seeds. Do not get it hot though. This is why I freeze the nuts before processing.

2. Stir well and add the other ingredients. Pulse while bringing up the mixture from the bottom with a spatula between pulses.

3. Process until well mixed. Either you can make into small balls or press in pan and cut.

Ro~ Could you explain the one cup and one half cup of sunflower seeds??? Are you making flour with the one cup and later adding the half cup so there are some corse seeds to chew???

No waterbaby just start with a cup and a half and make the flour. I just cannot figure out how to do the cup plus something on the recipe form you fill out. If you know please let me in on it.
