1 pound walnuts (soaked 12 hours)
1 pound cashews (soaked 12 hours)
8 ounces sunflower seeds (soaked 12 hours)
8 ounces pumpkin seeds (soaked 12 hours
5 pints shoyu or tamari
Recipe Directions
1. Marinate nuts in shoyu for 24 hours.
2. Dehydrate 24 hours.
