What an oxymoron indeed! This fudgy mix is very much like no-bake cookie dough. Dehydration is optional to make these cookies. I just eat the "batter" with a spoon.

1. Mix honey and almond butter until uniform.

2. Add carob/cacao powder and mix well.

3. Stir in rolled oats a handful at a time until desired consistency is reached.

heh...I made my own version of these last night, though I use agave and roll mine in almond flour and coconut.
