Ingredients
.33 Cucumber, cubed
½ Pink Grapefruit, cubed
5 Dates, cut up
Walnuts, broken up
sunflower seeds
goji berries, soaked 10 minutes
sesame seeds
pumpkin seeds
½ lime, to squeeze over
Recipe Directions
Cut up cucumber, pink grapefruit and dates. sprinkle nuts, seeds and berries over it and stir. I squeezed half a lime over everything at the end, but it might be overdoing it for some, I guess I was in a citrus-y kind of mood. I think it changes almost nothing to leave out the Walnuts, for the nut-free, but it is quite good as is, and tasted perfect when I wanted something sweet but was not in the mood to use neither agave nor cocoa.
Heidatrubador's Thoughts
By heidatrubadorA quick something to have when you want to blend the taste of sweet and sour. Pink grapefruit seems to go real well with dates and cucumbers, and it was at the same time fresh and also filling.
