1 jicama, peeled
1 small cucumber, peeled if desired
2 radishes
1 lime, squeezed
Recipe Directions
cut the jicama in 1/2 inch slices to start. then cut them in thin strips. then cut the strips in tiny cubes—about the size of a grain of rice—if it were a cube =).
do the same for the cucumber.
and for the radishes. (you can make them a little smaller, just to add some nice color)
add lime juice over top.
