Ingredients
1 cup organic almond butter
½ cup organic coconut oil (cold pressed)
½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
2 apples or pears
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ cup Manuka honey
Recipe Directions
1. Mix all ingredients except for fruit.
2. Slice apple or pear. Squeeze lemon juice for freshness.
3. Decorate it on the platter by sprinkling cinnamon, coconut flour, cacao, yacon syrup, or whatever else you might find on your shelf.
