Easy and quick cookie/snack bar made with only 3 ingredients and a processor! You could use dates instead of raisins if you wanted to. I haven’t but you could! You could also put these in a pan and refrigerate them until firm, and then cut them into bars (like Larabars, I guess?). Yum! I love walnuts. :D

¾ cup soaked walnuts (optional)
1 cup raisins
¼ cup carob or cacao powder
Recipe Directions
1. Process everything in a food processor until sticky.
2. Roll into balls and enjoy!

No, because I don't have a dehydrator yet. It's in the mail, though - so I will have to try!

Have you tried dehydrating these? It sounds like a great dough for a flat walnut cookie... Think I might try that in the next couple days
