½ avocado
½ teaspoon salt
2 dates
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic
pepper to taste

Use with mock tuna sald (carrot pulp)! :)

oh, sorry. I still have not figured how to work that recipe table out yet. I belive I used a .5 once to an ounce of pine nuts. Not much at all. I only made it once, but next time I might add a another oz of nuts.

I assume the quantity of pine nuts is 1/2 cup? Looks worth trying.
