Ingredients
1 Baby Thai Coconut
1 cup Frozen Mango
1 cup Frozen Pineapple
2 Bananas
1 cup Spinach (frozen or fresh)
Recipe Directions
Cut open the top pointy part of the Baby Thai Coconut and pour water into the blender. Scrape off the meat inside with a spoon and scoop that into the blender too. Blend. Then add remaining ingredients, and pour back into the coconut. Insert a straw, a paper umbrella, and enjoy!

Wow! This is going right in my recipe box! I might try the spinach version and my own version without spinach for the ultimate tropical experience! :)

Mmm...yummy! I agree that spinach isn't very noticeable in juices and smoothies but sure makes things look pretty! And of course, makes you feel good. :)

That's what I love about spinach. You almost can not trace it. For me, I can't taste it at all. Maybe the pickier tongues may pick up on it, but just barely.

You can't really taste the spinach, it is just enough to add some greens but not overwhelming. You can reduce it to 1/2 cup if you want too.
