Yield
1.5 cups
Ingredients
¾ cup olive oil
.33 cup fresh lemon juice
.33 cup raw cashews or pine nuts, or a combination of both
1½ tablespoon Miso
2 dash Nama Shoyu
1 dash Cayenne
1 clove Garlic (or up to 3 cloves, depending on size & intensity of your garlic)
1 teaspoon Capers
Recipe Directions
Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend away! The measurements are approximate. I generally aim for one part lemon/acid to two parts oil in my dressings.
I’ve made this with both soaked and unsoaked nuts and can’t tell the difference. I like to make it in my Tribest Personal Blender.
