Serves 2 or 1 if you're really hungry

Ingredients
1 cup golden flax (ground)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
¼ cup unsweetened coconut (shredded)
¼ cup agave
¼ cup blueberries
1/8 cup water
¼ teaspoon salt
1 banana (sliced)
Recipe Directions
1. Grind golden flax. Pour into bowl.
2. Add all other ingredients and mix.
3. After mixing, form into 2 balls and flatten into pancake shapes.
4. Top with bananas or your favorite fruit with a touch more agave, maple syrup, or another fruit syrup.

whoa! I just posted a recipe pretty similar. Heehee, i added shredded coconut too.

Soooo good. We had these for dinner last night, although I doubled the blueberries - little wild ones. Can't wait to have them again.
