This pie is so yummy and satisfying! I am usually too hungry to wait, but the crust gets a little stiffer if you refrigerate it for an hour or so.

CRUST
1. Blend well in the food processor.
2. Press into a pie plate.
FILLING
3. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Put filling into pie crust.

Raw cacao powder is available online at www.sunfood.com There are a couple of other brands, but this one is my favorite!
