Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Juice of one lemon
1/2 tablespoon of cumin non-Irradiated cumin (I use only a pinch, since this gives it way too much cumin flavor for my taste)
1-1 1/2 cloves garlic
Sea salt (to taste)
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon agave nectar (or you can skip with no sacrifice)
Filltered Water if necessary to thin
Recipe Directions
Grind the pumpkin seeds into a meal with a coffee grinder, blender, or mortar and pestle. Combine all ingredients - you should get a creamy texture. Play around with the proportions to suit your tastes.

Yummy! I made it with about half the agave and just a pinch of cumin. Nice, "creamy" texture.
