Yield
Serves 1 generously
Ingredients
Sliced bananas (I used 7 medium ones)
Blueberries (I used 2 pints)
2 bananas
Handful of dates (pitted)
1 tablespoon raw cacao (powder or ground nibs)
Cinnamon (to taste)
Recipe Directions
1. Toss sliced bananas and blueberries into a bowl.
2. Blend 2 bananas (or more or less to your liking) with the dates and cacao, adding water to make a “banana milk” consistency.
3. Pour this mixture over the bowl of fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cina's Thoughts

I made this the other day after going for a brisk morning run.
It definitely fueled me up!
Best enjoyed while bathing in morning sunshine! If it’s too cold to sit outside in that morning sunshine, like it is up here, then a nice bright window will do the trick.
Optional: Turn this into a simple cobbler-type dessert by adding sweet cacao walnuts (Dehydrate agave and cacao coated walnuts overnight) with a sprinkle of unheated shredded coconut.
Toss in a couple extra spoons and share with friends!

Yum, this was good! I didn't have any cacao, so I used a lot of cinnamon (which is fine with me - I'd rather have cinnamon than cacao any day!) and I also added a small dash of nutmeg. Yummmmmmy!
