I decided to play around with oat groats and discovered this ensemble. It's delicious! Chocolate banana oat groat crackers can be eaten by itself, or used for dipping cacao fondue or cashew whipped cream.

Oh. My. Gosh.
I didn't know what to expect when I clicked on the recipe title and my mouth instantly started watering.
Does anyone have any suggestions to substitute for cashews? I try not to buy them as they're expensive and my last ones got all moldy before I could eat all of them.

I made a similar sweet cracker the other day and used coconut butter on top because I had no nuts on hand, another idea is pureed banana with some vanilla for a topping!
