<p>I work for a small Independant Publishing company that produces a great magazine called Diabetes Health. I have made the conscious decision to go raw based on my families history of Diabetes and Heart Disease. My father is a type 2 diabetic and can hardly walk… His diabetes was brought on from years of neglecting his body, and that is not going to happen to me…</p> <p>I am only on my 5th day, but can already feel a difference in my body and mind. I am determined to make this work….</p> <p>I plan on writing about my experience and others experiences in our magazine that reaches 166,000 people living with Diabetes.</p>
