A Community Recipe by Bronwyn
This is a very tasty refreshing desert, and it’s so easy. You can really substitute any fruit you like. I just had strawberries on hand and they seemed to work very well. It is really good when topped with banana cream. I also threw on a few cacao nibs as a garnish.

I do this often (minus the agave) in the summer for the kids. Everybody loves it!

I just made this recipe, and it is truly amazing, one of those simple recipes you know you'll never forget. Bronwyn, have you tried adding pine nuts or coconut water/oil/flesh? I feel like if the sweetener was doubled and it was slightly creamy, this could rival a $5 pint of sorbet.

Simple and lovely! Great presentation in the wine glass, too.
