Cranberry's Thoughts

By Cranberry

I wanted to make a popsicle that was close as I can get to a coconut popsicle I had tried when I was eating cooked.

So when we had young coconuts, and it was almost 101 degrees out, I came up with these. Enjoy!

Hi Sid23,

I know! I LOVE the Dryer's coconut popsicles, so I came up with these, without the corn syrup, skim milk, and cane sugar.

I think making the rest into an ice cream would be great! If you do, let me know how it turns out!

Aren't these great! I've been making these for a few years now (minus the dried coconut). I also make these with blended fruit (strawberries, raspberries, peaches, etc....). Any fruit works - I love these!

I just made this and they are freezing now. i am totally psyched! i loved the Dryer's coconut popsicles! I had a lot left over (my pop tray lost a few handles. You think I could half freeze this and mix it and freeze it to kinda make ice cream? Any ideas with that? The recipe is great, Cranberry!
