Three 8 ounce glasses
Ingredients
2 spirulina tablets
1 Belgian endive
1/2 orange bell pepper
1 avocado
1 banana
2 apples
2 sticks of celery (stalk size, not precut snack size)
1 large carrot stick
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 coconut milk
Ice (to your liking)
Recipe Directions
1. Blend on mixer using the liquefy setting.
Kiki the veggie lover's Thoughts
By kiki the veggie loverI am new to the green smoothie making. I was a little put off by the horror stories about the taste. This smoothie, however, has a really light taste that's not super over empowering.
I really liked this smoothy, however the texture is a little goopy. Maybe more ice next time.
