Ingredients
BASE
1 1/2 cups soaked goji berries (could substitute any dried fruit, cherries, blueberries, etc.)
Juice of 1/2 orange
Soak water from goji berries
TOP LAYER
2 cups cashews (soaked)
1 cup raisins (soaked)
Juice of 1/2 orange
1 inch vanilla from pod
Soak water from goji berries
Recipe Directions
1. Blend the ingredients together of the base layer.
2. Spread on a plate.
3. Blend the ingredients together of the top layer.
4. Spread on a plate.
5. Garnish with dried coconut and goji berries.
6. Put in freezer covered overnight. Slice thinly to enjoy in the morning.

how much soak water for top layer and bottom? Any Guesses?

Mmmm! I love Goji berries, but the dried cherries would be wonderful.... especially with some fresh ones on top. Thanks for sharing!

I'd guess 1/8 cup for the base because you don't want it to be too wet since it's the crust. And for the top layer, since you aren't using the soak water from the cashews or raisins, I would just use the remaining soak water you have left from the goji berries- it should be about 1/2 cup.
