Yeah, i would eat them too, i would make sure they're extra crispy though...
Hmmm im real sensitive to fungus and such so id say 10 hours at room temp is beyond no-no. Cooked food quadruples its bacteria count in just a few hours and id say any raw food that been processed (blended or handled in any way but washing) isnt much better and corn is a ripe feeding ground. Just my 2 cents :)
I'd worry with the corn, but if it were just flax, and it did not smell or look funny, I'd probably eat it :P.
How's the climate where you live? Humid? Dry? If it's as dry as here I wouldn't worry about it. If humid, hmm, I'd watch it with a magnifying glass very carefully before consuming...
