I will wager a guess and say that you’re not eating enough – too low in calories can cause dizziness.
Lagston, I think this is fairly common. Motion sickness. I get dizzy really easily too. Spin me around a few times I will surely be dizzy. Haven’t tried it since going raw though ;). I remember in HS having to do “monkey rolls” in practice. I took Dramamine (motion sickness pills) before every practice, but they never helped much. I would always end up on the sideline almost puking, yet every practice the coach still made me do it, sheesh.
I wish I had some good advice, but just know you aren’t alone. I just avoid activity that would make me dizzy. I’m a rock climber so I’m not spinning in circles :)
I have had the same thing on and off. I know that some don’t believe in B-12 deficiency, but I thought I would add a little to my diet. I figured it might not help, but it wouldn’t be harmful. I started eating a little nutritional yeast and I am not sure if it was a coincidence or if it was B-12, but it went away!
