I have an affinity for mushrooms as well. A couple of my favorites are tapenade stuffed mushrooms and herb-encursted mushroom steak. Alos, the spaghetti marinara with mushrooms looks amazing! Mushrooms feed candida. I wouldn’t eat them every day. This rule ought to be applied to nearly all vegetables and fruits as well. Variety is how you are going to get all the necessary nutrients.

You can marinate mushrooms: In a jar, place cut mushrooms, oil of choice, salt, garlic, basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
