thanx for that website .. but there is tons of reading to do .. and i would like to start making some things as of now .. just if someone could just answer a quick question?
could i eat / make things without it being “sprouted”? just soaked?
Yes, you can always make things just soaked, not sprouted. The recipe might taste slightly different, and it will have less nutrition than if sprounted, but it will still be good and good for you.
