It seems to preference the BlendTec (even though, I having both, prefer the VitaMix… which requires less chopping into pieces, but, of course, requires the tamper with bigger pieces… and it has a longer warranty and a big enough hole on top to add more food. The whole leaching of toxins was not good news.)
The website even mentions a Waring blender… and that’s like half the price of the BlendTec/VitaMix!
