I finally ordered my Excalibur 9 tray dehydrator on Friday! It is coming tomorrow. I have a whole bunch of recipes down on paper that I am going to prepare and post here on Gone Raw. Have you been this excited when ordering excalibur? Anyway,I was wondering, nobody ever criticized the dehydrator in any way. Are there any cons of the dehydrator, or is it flawless? Thanks!

I love my excalibur and have nothing bad to say about it. I was excited, but i was even more excited when i walked into the kitchen on mothersday and my husband got the the vitamix 5200 inc a ton of accessories..totally unexpected. I think the value of the set he bought is 760 dollars..they had a special at the PX (surprised they even know about stuff like that) and he got it tax free and special deal for 450….now THAT got me excited…lol

It arrived yesterday actually! The tefelx sheets weren’t excalibur brand, but they are beautiful teflex sheets! Yeah, I’ll be posting recipes real soon. :)
