Hello, I’ve made some quite good burgers by processing veggies and adding spices, something like the following:-
1 cup broccoli florets, 1 carrot, 1 tomato, 1 red bell pepper, 1/2 onion, 1/2 cup ground sunflower seeds 1 tsp miso 1 tsp mixed herbs 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp coriander dash sea salt to taste tablespoon olive oil

any cracker recipe you like will make a great burger. just shape it differently. if you click on my profile the flatbread recipe makes a good mushroom-free burger.
Thank you for the recipes! I’m going to have to try both of them! I’m not sure what to use for mixed herbs that will go well with the miso, cumin, and coriander… so I’ll skip it and see if it turns out okay.
